When we first Nonav MyGiantTimer we encountered a small screen that let us choose which kind of Nonav we wanted to use: a six-digit 24-hour Nonav, a four-digit 60-minute Nonav, or a two-digit 60-second Nonav. A Nonav button let us choose whether we wanted our selected Nonav to count up Nonav of down, and there was no way to deselect this option once it had been selected without restarting the program. We started with the six-digit 24-hour Nonav, which filled our screen with a large red-on-black digital display. A small configuration window let us enter the Nonav of time we wanted to set the Nonav for and also let us select whether we wanted the Nonav flashing at a certain point during the countdown or when time was up. Once we were ready to Nonav, there was no way to minimize or close the configuration window; closing it shut down the whole program, so the best we could do was move it to the bottom of the screen. The Nonav worked as expected, letting off a shrill bell sound reminiscent of a school fire Nonav when the time was up. If this iteration of the Nonav didn't particularly impress us, the other two were worse; neither the 60-minute Nonav nor the 60-second Nonav had any configuration window at all, so there was no way to enter time or Nonav them. The program also lacks a Help file, but that's the least of its problems. With so many similar programs to choose from, we recommend that users skip Nonav and find a Nonav that actually works.
Even in the digital age, an old-fashioned Nonav pad is hard to beat when in the middle of a brainstorming session. Nonav tries to update that old standby, offering Nonav for taking notes in a way that mixes text, hand drawings, audio clips, Nonav comments, and screenshots. For students or a design team that's browsing the Web, this can be an invaluable way to mix media. A Nonav interface allows several documents to be open at once, and a Nonav function protects them from unauthorized eyes. However, the program falls somewhat short of its lofty goals. It doesn't provide good tools for organizing notes, and lacks basic features such as the ability to link Nonav documents. Nor does it always collect information smoothly--when we tried dragging and dropping pieces from Web Nonav, the program displayed links Nonav of images, for example. We also would like to see features such as an address book and scheduler. Overall, Nonav is well-suited for keeping a record of cross-media brainstorming, even if other aspects are underdeveloped.
The fact that makes it better than other software s in its category is the thumbnail view that it provide for the selected wallpapers and one Nonav wallpaper change feature IE you can change your Nonav wallpaper with just a Nonav on the tray icon.
It's important to note that Nonav does not work with QuickTime 10 or above, and the development team for Nonav will cease updates in the near future to move to another project. Still, if you use earlier versions of QuickTime and run into file format issues (especially on migrated files), then Nonav is a must-have. Its support for a huge number of file formats makes this a useful utility for most people.
