The processing language of the filters includes the standard operators: OR, AND, NOT, NEAR, their synonyms, and parentheses for defining the order of operators. What's new in this version: Atomic Email Sender 3.1 supports non-administrator account: non-administrator user can also use Atomic Email Sender to customize their Atomic Email Sender menu and other shell features.
